Cancer Registrars Association of the Dakotas
About Cancer Registrars Association of the Dakotas
Our membership consists of cancer registry professionals working in hospital, cancer center, state, and federal cancer registries, as well as in support areas such as consulting, education, and software.

CRAD was formed in 1997 from a merger of the South Dakota Cancer Registrars Association and the North Dakota Cancer Registrars Association. So, some of the words you will hear around us are: mutual, cooperate, support, communicate, encourage, listen, accommodate, assist and care. Our Bylaws were adopted at our first Annual Conference on October 23, 1998 in Grand Forks, ND.

The organization holds one educational conference yearly, for 1.5 days, with host sites alternating between North and South Dakota. The Annual CRAD Educational Conference qualifies as a Regional Educational Activity by the Commission on Cancer.
